How long will my order take to arrive?

Arrival Time = processing time + Shipping time

processing time: 3 business days to pack & process your order.

Shipping time:Air express transportation (5 - 8 business days).

After you order about 10 working days or so can be delivered to your specified address, sometimes faster, encountered irresistible factors will be slightly delayed, under normal circumstances 95% of the orders can be normal fulfillment!

2. How can I track my order?

After the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking information and number by email or instagram, you can click here to enter your query.

Have an account?Great! Login and head over to your kakny account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?Don't worry! You can now create an account using the same email address you used to place your order, which will appear under “My Orders”. Once your order is processed and shipped, the tracking number will be sent automatically!

3. Where do you ship and what countries do you support?

At present, we are able to offer shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland.

We are headquartered in Hong Kong with studios in California and Pennsylvania.

You can place an order on our website using a major credit card, debit card or PayPal. At this time, we do not accept checks or money orders. If Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX card purchases exceed the customer's available credit limit or debit amount, kekny
will not be responsible for any bank charges. All orders are subject to acceptance.

3. Can I pay in installments?

Sorry, we currently do not support installment payments.

4. Is there free shipping?

We offer two shipping options:
1. Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
2. Standard shipping fee of $10 USD

If you need to make any changes to your order, including cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note that we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible and we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Orders cannot be canceled or changed if we have already processed the shipment.
