1. How do I return something I've bought?

Please check the return guidelines below to see if you can return your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for free within 30 days. Shipping costs can't be refunded, and the return period starts on the date the item is shipped. If you want to return something, you'll have to pay for the shipping costs yourself.

You can return eligible items.
We are confident in the quality of our products. We check all products for quality before shipping. All pictures in our store are taken in real-life. After receiving an item, please check it for damage. You cannot return non-quality-issue items. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us to return it and get a refund.

2: The item must be in exactly the same condition it was in when it left the factory, with no signs of wear or damage.

If you want to return something by post, it must be in the same packaging it was sent in. This includes the tags, boxes and bags.
